2nd Annual Bearcat Open Car Show!
The 1st annual Bearcat Open Car Show was a tremendous success! Thank you all for joining us in April 2011. We had a wonderful group of participants, supporting businesses and vendors! Our 2nd annual car show will once again be at Monroe High School. The event will be held on April 28th from 9AM to 3PM. The event is free to the general public for viewing and visiting our sponsors booths. Discounted participant registration is open now! We also have several options for sponsorship! Each level of sponsorship gives your business incredible visibility!

below to be taken right to it: Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2nd annual Bearcat Open Car Show! All rides are welcome! Hot Rods, Classics, Trucks, Customs, Bikes, Cruisers...If it has wheels, JOIN US! We are offering a 25% discount on registration when you pre-register. Pre-registration will is only $15 prior to Thursday April 26th. After that, only in person registration will be available at the event for $20. You can pay your registration fee online via the "Add to Cart" link below, or if you prefer, you can mail in a check with your registration form. If you pre-pay online, please print out the registration form, fill it out, and bring it with you the day of the event. ALL participants MUST have a registration form completed and turned in to be allowed to participate. On the day of the event, registration will begin at 8AM. The show will run from 9AM to 3PM. Thank you for your support of Monroe Public Schools and we look forward to seeing you AND your ride at the event! Thank you for your sponsorship interest in the 2nd annual Bearcat Open Car Show! We offer several levels of sponsorship. Each level provides your business with excellent visibility and recognition during the event. We will also feature a link and your business logo on our website for one year! Levels of Sponsorship: Major Sponsorship: $250.00 Your business or organization name will be placed on a Trophy and on all printed material. You will pick the car you want to receive a Trophy in your name. Your business or organization name will also be announced when the Trophy is awarded at the awards ceremony. In addition you will be allowed on car space for the car show and a 10x10 vendor space. In-Kind Sponsorship: By donating services, i.e., Printing, Sound System, Trash Cans, Port-A-Potties, your business or organization name will be listed on all printed materials and announced throughout the day, during the car show. If your In-Kind Sponsorship equals Major Sponsorship you will be allowed one car slot and a 10x10 vendor space. To offer In-Kind Sponsorship, please contact Sue Skillen at sue@monroepsf.org or 360.804.4317. Trophy Sponsorship: $100.00 Your business or organization name will be placed on a Trophy and awarded to a car. You pick the car you want to receive the Trophy in your name. Your business or organization name will also be announced when the Trophy is awarded at the award ceremony. Door Prize Sponsorship: By donating a door prize your business or organization name goes home with someone and it is a great way to obtain new customers. To offer Door Prize Sponsorship, please contact Sue Skillen at sue@monroepsf.org or 360.804.4317. All levels of sponsorship require a signed Sponsorship Form. You may remit payment for your sponsorship package with the signed form. For your convenience, Major Sponsorship and Trophy Sponsorship is available to purchase online. Just select the option from the drop down and click the "Add to Cart" button below. You will still be required to mail a signed copy of the sponsorship form to the office after submitting payment.
