Emergency Needs Program The Foundation's Board of Directors approved $2,000 dollars to support an Emergency Needs Program in the Monroe Public Schools for the 2007/08 school year. The following Monroe businesses have matched these dollars, making available $4,000 in vouchers for the program. Monroe Chevron on West Main Street Monroe St. Vincent de Paul Store at 123 North Lewis Street School staff can make referrals to the Emergency Needs Program, where vouchers can be accessed to help students and their families in a time of crisis. For additional information on how you can have your business assist in this exciting outreach program, please contact Sue Skillen. Donations to the Emergency Needs Program are welcome, and can be made in a variety of ways. Vouchers for Community Transit are also available.
