Kaci.jpg

Kaci was surrounded by athletes in her short life.  Her grandfather Denny was the Athletic Director for years at MHS, her mom and dad (Joni and Boyd Edelbrock) played sports at MHS and her older brothers are stellar athletes (Lane and Kody).  Kaci herself was a promising athlete as well. Chasing after her brothers, cousins and the many siblings that would accompany the endless baseball, soccer and basketball games. We would like this scholarship to be awarded to, but not limited, to a MHS athlete who displays good character, a solid work ethic and would use this scholarship to complete their goal and achieve their college dream.

This scholarship was created to keep Kaci’s memory alive with the gift of education. Kaci was a spunky, bright and a very curious little girl. No doubt that she would have gone on playing any and all sports that she could get her hands on.

Scholarship requirements for this scholarship are MHS Athlete, pursuing a career in elementary education, someone with community service, a leader and a positive role model. But above all else, this scholarship will be a gift. Carry on Kaci’s name with pride, honor and a commitment to living life full out...just like she did.
